About this property

Beach Barn- Dog friendly, Fenced yard, Quiet Cozy

We have created a cozy space for families, making it your kid friendly home away from home. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach, 12 minute drive depending on traffic) an even shorter drive to Mayfaire shopping and restaurants (backroads through the neighborhood take you directly into it). Tucked just off the main roads our goal is to provide a comfortable place to relax, year after year.
The space
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house, quaint, brick, single level 1700 sqft house with a single step down to a bonus game/TV room, the perfect getaway for two families with children. In a small, safe, quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for evening strolls, it is a short drive (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach) only 15 minutes to downtown, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute drive from local Ogden parks and Portersneck area restaurants and groceries.

Property includes a large fenced in backyard, a small patio. Spacious parking for boats or trailers, and an included attached garage to store your motorcycle or hot rod. Sorry the Detached is not included in the rental, yet, but we have big plans.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If staying Sunday into Monday AM please walk the trash bins to the road side and place on the left for regular pick up, we ask this favor so we don’t have to intrude on your stay to send someone out.
Please clean up after any pets (including the yard)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking -$500 fine for additional cleaning and lost revenue if extensive cleaning is required. Damages from negligent behavior subject to fees.
NO EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECK-OUTS: We cannot accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs. DETACHED GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.
NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS: The reservation will be cancelled, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and a $500 fee will be incurred.
