Lexi, We are terribly sorry you had such an issue with some of the other guests or owners at this complex. If you were using the pool during posted hours of operation and not bothering other guests with obnoxious behavior, then you are correct in saying you were harassed during your stay. We understand you are on vacation and we also want you to have a great time but not while disturbing others. If you stay with us in the future and know you are within the perimeters of the rules, we will need you to contact us so we can have the person harassing you put in there place. We are so sorry you chose to leave this negative review based on the actions of someone else but we also understand your frustration. Teresa, We are terribly upset about this review! We only spoke to you once during your stay and it was regarding your emailed receipt of payments. You never once reached out to us for assistance with any of these issues at all. How are we to help resolve these issues and make your stay memorable if we are not made aware? The guest before you left a perfect review of this unit and now you are saying it is "the nastiest place you have ever stayed in". We are very saddened to say the least by your poor review. Briana, We hate to get this notification of the unsatisfactory conditions of the property you vacationed in. Had we known while you were here, we would've attempted to satisfy you during your stay. We have no record of you contacting our office or even attempting to reach us through VRBO. How are we to assist you with issues if they are not brought to our attention? This is a great unit that the owners work to keep in great condition. This property only offers public beach access and that information is provided in the listing to inform guests prior to booking. We are so sorry that you thought you had deeded beach access from here but this unit only offers public beach access. Katrina, We are saddened by your poor review as we were only notified of the tv not working during your stay. Had we known of the other issues you experienced, we could've assisted with those items as well. This unit is well kept by the owners but it is an older complex that is very easy on the budget. Many families enjoy this property and have made it their vacation destination year after year. We do hate that your experience in this property wasn't more than you shared. This unit is a very successful rental that small families return to year after year. The owners of this property takes each review and guest advice seriously and do everything we ask of them to make this property better. Since the recent storm activities that have affected our area, this complex along with many others are all receiving facelifts due to storm damages. The WIFI is provided by the association and covers the entire complex. We have been told that it is basic coverage that is not set up to be used primarily for streaming videos so that is probably why you found the service to be slow. Guests who plan to work online consistently will probably not have a successful connection and it will be frustrating. This is a matter that is beyond our control and we hope that in the near future, the association gives each owner the opportunity to upgrade their internet services.
