Read description closely before booking, Paddle boards are deceiving they are there, but they are not on the water. There is no washer and dryer, I have never stayed at a vrbo without washer and dryer access. The house had a smell to it when walking in. TVs were only in the sunroom, master bed and outside only, No TV in the living room or the other bedrooms. Little kitchen utensils, no spices or anything. Microwave in the kitchen did not work, when we went to use it, it started to smell electrical and stay that way for hours. All the carpets in all the rooms were stained and dirty. The couch in the sunroom had stains on it. The room one of my kids staying in had mold or black smudges all over the wall in the closet and the track for the closet should have been on was rusted out and carpet was stained with rust, also smelled of bug spray. The other room the bunk bed was so noisy it made noise just by moving your head. The kids wouldn't go in the pool because it was so cloudy. Back door doesn't close properly nor does the pool screen door. This is the most important if you have animals or small children. The lanai had more than 3 separate active brown widow (this means spiders and eggs). The house had plenty of room and that it the only positive thing I can say that is positive about this property. I called vrbo after our stay and host has never responded back.

Place wasn't too clean it felt dirty. Door to garage was locked for washer and dryer even though we stayed for month - host opened it after few days being there. Furnace came on every minute or so even though it was below freezing in Florida. Water slowly went down in master bedroom shower I think drain is clogged. It was so so the sights were awesome

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights to do some kayaking in the area. We had a good stay. The place was very cozy and the layout was nice. The private pool along with the outdoor TV made for a great experience. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice big TV that we were able to use Netflix on. The master bathroom also had a nice shower head. I do unfortunately have some minor cons to share. When I first arrived and took a shower, the shower handle/knob came off of the shower wall when I went to turn off the water. Also, the microwave didn’t work during our stay. There are a few more small repairs needed. That being said, these really were just some minor things that need to be fixed up. But, I truly did enjoy my stay. The place made for a cozy headquarters for our adventures. Also great for the price.
