About this property

Floating on Damariscotta Lake

Step into a lakefront escape in the heart of Mid-Coast Maine. Set right above the shimmering waters of Damariscotta Lake, this ground-floor unit in a classic shingle-style home blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Gracious windows bring in natural light that moves across the spacious 2,280-square-foot interior, highlighting high ceilings and a calming, open layout designed for relaxation. Head straight into the lake from the dock steps, or take the plunge off the bridge with the locals.

This unit has tall ceilings and is very open and light-filled. Dappled reflections of sunlight dance across the surfaces throughout the space. While the bedrooms all have walls and are private, the walls don't extend all the way to the ceiling...so be aware that sound from the bedrooms will migrate throughout the space. This is a unique feature of the home, but can be tricky for light-sleepers.
