Stella Maris at Carillon (formerly known as "Seas the Moments") is the perfect family beach getaway on Florida’s stunning Emerald Coast. Nestled in the private, gated village of Carillon Beach, our home offers nearly a mile of quiet, sugar-white shoreline known to be the most beautiful in Florida. Just five minutes from Scenic 30A, Stella Maris offers the best of both worlds: the charm and tranquility of a seaside village, with easy access to shopping, fine dining, and the cultural energy of 30A. Our classic Nantucket-style home is just steps from Carillon’s private beach, community pool, tennis courts, playground, and restaurants. Whether it's relaxation, adventure, or quality time together, Stella Maris at Carillon is the ideal retreat to create unforgettable family memories.

The home features high ceilings, upscale finishes, and is situated just steps from the beach AND a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. It boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, a bunk room PLUS a third floor crow's nest loft with 2 additional Twin beds.

The guest bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed with a full attached private bath. The Master Suite on the second level includes a King bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The upstairs guest bedrooms-- one King and one Queen-- share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The second floor also has a bunk room with built-in bunks and a TV. The tower room on the third floor offers two additional built-in twin beds as well as a TV and a balcony with a view of the ocean! The second floor also has a laundry room equipped with a Speed Queen washer/dryer. Additional living space to the rear includes a spacious back deck with grill, an outside shower, and a fire pit with seating. The home is equipped with high speed internet/WiFi.

Carillon Beach Walkover #1, just 150 steps from the home, is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

Stella Maris is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, a full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Carillon Beach is also a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

We include the following for your convenience in the home:

-Beach toys, chairs and wagon
-Grill & grilling tools

-Blender, toaster, crock pot, hand mixer and an assortment of pots and pans
-Complete dinner service for 12
-Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels

While we are only a text, phone call or email away, we have a local house manager to assist with any unforeseen issues that require immediate attention. Please come share our beautiful southern-style home. However, please keep in mind that our home is for families to enjoy. We do not rent to singles or young groups.
