No hot water, the neighbors barking a lot. But the worst was the rosters crowing a 6:00am we only stayed one night before finding another place that was more peaceful

My family is from Mayaguez and Loiza. I float back and forth from NY to PR.

I love being a host because I enjoy meeting new people, being a small part of their wonderful memories and doing all we can to make sure their vacation is all they envisioned.

This neighborhood is walking distance to anywhere you might want to go - restaurants, beaches, groceries, night-life, etc. and it's a short drive to places like Old San Juan, Piñones, the Rainforest, La Placate and many other beaches. And it's a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood which gives guests a local experience.

What makes this property unique

Not only is our location one of the best with a private balcony, but we also offer additional concierge services such as a professional chef, various island tours, kayak excursions, grocery delivery, charcuterie board for meat eaters and vegetarians, and every guest is offered a PDF I created with lots of information regarding where to visit, things to do, and sites to see.

We are always available and we try our best to accommodate our guests. Hospitality is our number one concern.
