You’ll find comfort & character in every corner- from the beautiful doors, knobs and vents to the slightly slanted wood floors that tell stories of over a century of history.

Traveling with friends or family? This studio is one of two private units in our historic 1889 guesthouse. While completely separate, both units can be booked together! Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place soiled towels in the bathtub

Turn off all interior lights located inside the stuido, turn off all electronics (iron, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, blow dryer, fireplace)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be courteous of other guests in adjacent studio.
No unaccompanied children allowed on the loft bed; Hosts are not responsible for any accidents during your stay.
No parties or unauthorized guests that were not disclosed during the time of reservation.
