Little Condo on Maui is a vacation rental curated by Little House on Maui. Little House on Maui creates functional art and was featured in the May/June 2021 issue of Modern Luxury Hawai’i for their work. Lauren, the hands behind Little House on Maui, purchased this condo with her husband Matt at the end of April (2021) and quickly they began giving the space a full renovation. This space is a project dear to their hearts and a continuous work of love.

The condo is fully stocked for your comfort! We provide beach equipment, beach towels, a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, board games, reading material, kids toys, a private patio - you name it! You can cook a meal in the kitchen, grill steps away from the unit or walk in any direction and grab a drink + dinner while watching the sunset over the ocean. We are located in the heart of South Maui, where everything is just a short walk away - from the beach to restaurants to shopping. It’s a 4-minute walk to any of those things.

We have two full size pull out sofas in the living room along with one queen size bed in the bedroom. Each pull out sofa has its own 3” memory foam topper for added comfort. We provide a pack n play for your little that has a memory foam mattress as well. Please note that while we can sleep 5 guests, we do recommend this for a family of 5 with children. Otherwise, we can comfortably sleep 4 adults. This is a one bedroom condo so what may be comfortable for some, might not be comfortable to others. Personally, we use the unit often and have no issues sleeping 4 adults in here but that might not be the same for others.

Do we allow your pets? We do but because of our HOA, we must submit the proper paperwork. Please reach out to us prior to booking to discuss in further detail.

The unit is extremely private with an outdoor green oasis and views of mango trees, banana plants and palms. You won’t be staring at the side of a building or at the neighbors across the way. It is a corner, floor unit which means we have more windows for those lush views and more natural light and a very open lanai. With only one neighbor, it’s so peaceful you can hear the birds singing from the mango trees. With that said, the birds do actually sing from the trees and some might not find this as charming as we do. Please keep this in mind when booking. This is Hawai'i, so we also have wild chickens + roosters everywhere! It's a part of the charm here. Please also keep that in mind when booking since we are a floor unit and some might not find these little birds as amusing as we do.

This space is managed by the owners, Lauren and Matt. What does that mean? They REALLY care and there isn’t a 3rd party involved. This space is a special project dear to their hearts and every detail for their guest’s comfort matters. They are currently on the mainland adventuring with their young daughter but are only a phone call away and are still able to help assist you at the drop of a dime in case of an emergency.
