In town on business with colleagues

The area wasnt as nice as i have stayed in past. But we were closer to Savannah than our previous locations. Kitchen was very basic/small and lacking any type decor, but the rest of the house was nice and it did the trick.

Review

Previous guests must have wrecked the place. There were 7 broken chairs (legs missing or ready to fall off). 3 of the chairs and the trash cans were all at the curb. Plus, the front legs of the couch were missing so it leans forward. 2 of the smoke alarms were beeping and needed new batteries. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very responsive and were great to work with. Overall, we appreciate having the place available as our evacuation place from hurricane Milton. Thank you!

NOT a fenced in yard!

While this backyard is surrounded by neighboring fences, the yard itself is not fenced in. That was one of the biggest reasons we booked this house as we travel with our dogs and a fenced yard is an option we always look for. The rear yard also lacks any kind of lighting so the whole yard really isn't all that pet friendly. While the house was very clean, there were some issues: - The storm door doesn't latch closed and the closer isn't adjusted correctly so the door closes very fast/hard - The oven doesn't work. The cooktop burners do but after using the stove it proceeds to beep like every 5 minutes flashing "F7 31" over and over - Kitchen isn't stocked very well: no sponge, no frying pan, no salt & pepper ... Just lacked the basics - A dining room chair was broken - The living room furniture, while nice and aesthetic was probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture I've sat on - No cleaning supplies provided - No towel racks in bathroom - The refrigerator randomly leaked water one day
