Lynn was great to deal with. Main downfall was the shower stall is not made for tall or large people. Ceiling fan is low and a tall person has to really watch themselves. Bedroom barely has any room to move. It’s a very small place but excellent for two people wanting beach time.

We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with our stay at Lynn's place! It is the perfect place in the perfect location, and Lynn is an attentive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, well appointed and equipped, has a VERY comfortable bed mattress, and is just the right size, located in a very friendly, neighborly, and caring community of regular "snowbirds." AND it is literally right across the street from a beautiful public beach, as well as just a block away from a stop for the free trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rental is small and quaint. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It is right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars.

Check-in was easy. The host was great with suggestions for what to do before our late flight home. The house was perfect for two people. The view? Wow! Right across from the beach. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this amazing rental! Communication with Lynn was a breeze and the location is perfect. The apartment was spotless with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable- I slept like a log! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag/cooler. I also have to mention that the water pressure was to die for! I loved everything about this great rental and I plan on coming back next year!
