Location was great. Had a few issues in the unit that were promptly addressed and made right by property management. The washer/ dryer did not work properly and the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. Location is great, but will most likely stay elsewhere next trip.

I’m sorry the washer/dryer wasn’t working properly and that the towel rack kept coming loose — that’s not the standard we expect. We have replaced the washer and dryer and resecured the towel bar. While it's unfortunate that these issues occurred during your stay, we have addressed them immediately.

The property is walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The bicycles provided were in great shape. We used them often. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Bikes were included and I took full advantage of that—exploring the island daily on the paved trails. I walked or took the bike everywhere and didn’t have to use my car any the entire stay. Great shops and restaurants are just across the street. Such a relaxing time. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Hilton Head for our first time and loved it! This location is perfect - can walk / bike to shopping and restaurants. Anything you want is right there. The condo had everything we needed. The views were perfect!! I liked to watch activity in the pool and beach. Comfortable furnishings as well. Recommended for sure.

Location, pool, walk out to the beach and parking were great. This unit is need of alot of repairs. Shower door is about to fall off, trim fell off of the vanity and a horrible smell in vanity. Not much storage for suitcases or beach stuff. Outdoor furniture pretty sad. Overall would not rent again.

Our unit had recently updated floors and kitchen but there was not an oven (only a cook top and microwave) and there was not a grill on the grounds which would have been a perk. Only complaint was when Orkin came for preventative treatment but no one notified us. Nothing like walking in from the deck and finding someone you don't know there. They were very professional but we would have loved a heads up. Overall, we had a good time.

Convenient location

Very nice, couldn’t be a more convenient location. Right on the beach. We walked and biked to restaurants and Piggly Wiggly. Never used our car once. Having access to beach bikes was a plus. The beach chairs they provided were new and had backpack type straps for easy transport to the beach. Internet speed was horrendous. Had to use our phone as hotspot if we wanted to stream anything on our computer or tablet. TVs are nice and new. Great value overall. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. The downside of the convention location is a very crowded beach.
