Casa Lea is a villa for families and golfers, renovated and refurbished in April/May 2025, located directly on one of the most beautiful golf courses on the Costa del Sol, just a few minutes from one of the best beaches. The house is located in the gated community “Samisol” in Cabopino and has a 15 m community pool. By car, you can reach the beach and the port of Cabopino in 5 minutes, the clubhouse of the Cabopino golf course in 2 minutes and the old town of Marbella in 15 minutes.
It is a two-story home with a small private garden, bordered by a low stone wall and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. You’ll enjoy lush greenery all around, along with lovely views of the large, rarely crowded community pool and the adjacent golf course.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. Outside, there’s a terrace with a travertine dining table and a hanging chair — perfect for relaxing.
Downstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed — plus a slightly smaller third bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can also be combined. Outside, you can unwind in our cozy Ibizan-style lounge or soak up the sun on one of the four sunbeds.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, elegant tableware, a De’Longhi coffee machine, and more. In the entrance patio, you can also enjoy alfresco grilling.
For those who need to stay connected, the house offers a fast 300 Mbit fiber-optic internet connection — ideal for remote work.
And when it’s time to relax, you can log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account on any of our three flat-screen TVs. A Bose Bluetooth speaker is also available, so you can play your favorite music straight from your phone.
We had already been hosting a premium villa in Marbella called Casa Calma Marbella as Superhosts for many years when, at the beginning of 2025, we decided to purchase this charming house as well. We renovated and refurnished it with a unique blend of Moroccan and Southeast Asian elements, and named it Casa Lea.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the door and put the keys back into the key safe at the tree with the same code you had used in the beginning to open it - 0572
Please put all used towels on the floor in the master bathroom. Please move all furniture back to where you found it at your arrival.
Please empty the rubbish with your rubbish and drive it to the rubbish area of the urbanization.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept bookings from same sex groups, party people, hen parties, bachelor parties, etc.
After 9 pm please reduce the volume of the music outside.
You accept the rules for the communal pool.
