The condo is located at the heart of Condado area. Here you will find everything you need plus more! Beach, pool, nightlife, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and maybe the love of your life!
Studio has a QUEEN SIZE BED and little SOFA, nice flatscreen tv. small Kitchen with all you need for your breakfast like: coffee maker, pot and pans, ect. Complex included pool, coin laundry. The main living room has a french balcony, where you will have a partial ocean view and the breeze will relax you while you lounge.
The clean functional small open kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, small refrigerator, glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.
The building offers elevators and a small lobby area that makes the building very private and safe and there is also a pool. Coin laundry is available for our guests.
You will never have to be bored in Condado. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located at 15 minutes of international airport.
