Welcome to Marila Condominium, managed by Peninsula Properties. This charming and luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium features an impressive rooftop pool that offers ocean views. It is located just two blocks from the beach. It is fully furnished to ensure you enjoy your stay in Playa del Carmen to the fullest.



Each bedroom offers a unique resting space.

The master bedroom features a King bed, large windows with sea views, a flat-screen television, private bathroom and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat-screen television, private bathroom and closet. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, closet and private bathroom. All the rooms have access to a spacious balcony with sea views.



The kitchen, with its island-style design, is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Additionally, it features a handcrafted wooden dining table with seating capacity for six people. The living room offers a spacious sofa, flat-screen television, and also has access to the balcony with a sea view.

Additionally, the condominium has a washer and dryer.



Additionally, the building is equipped with a spectacular rooftop terrace that includes a swimming pool, bar and an impressive ocean view, it also has a gym, spa, work area, recreational area, elevator and reception.



As for its location, the building enjoys a central situation, just a three-minute walk from the beach. In the surroundings, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops and stores. Furthermore, the famous Fifth Avenue is located just two streets away.

Amazing gem in Playa Del Carmen

The location of the apartment is amazing. Right in the center of a really nice part of Playa, a stone's throw from the beach and close to a good supermarket and 5th Avenue. It is very large and was perfect for our group of 6 with every room having it's own ensuite. The pool is the highlight and we spent a lot of time relaxing by it. There is some night noise but really not that much and it didn't bother us.

Mycket fin lägenhet

Mycket fin lägenhet. Rymlig, modern, toppskött, jättesköna sängar, perfekt städad. Väldigt bra läge precis vid calle 38 med många mysiga restauranger och väldigt nära quinta avenida, dock i den ngt lugnare delen vilket var en fördel. Trots det centrala läget var det ändå tyst på kvällarna. Inga nattklubbar som hördes. Nära stranden, även om närmsta stranden är lite mindre än andra i Playa del Carmen. Stor mataffär på gångavstånd. Parkeringsgarage. Superfin och rymlig rooftop pool.
