The offered apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house on a approx. 400 m² garden plot with slope in Dusseldorf-Unterbach near the recreation area Unterbacher See. The living area is about 65 m² and is distributed over a bright living room with adjoining hallway, a bathroom with shower tub and a quiet bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace.

Location

Unterbach is located in the south-east of Düsseldorf and is a very nature-influenced district with many forests and green spaces. The recreational area Unterbacher See and the Elbsee offer numerous leisure possibilities such as sailing, diving, fishing etc. In Unterbach there are numerous sports clubs with a wide range of sporting activities. The vabali spa Düsseldorf is less than 10 minutes away by car, with 10 saunas, two steam baths and a laconium, two pools and numerous relaxation areas right in the middle of the nature.

Shops for the daily needs as well as doctors and pharmacies are sufficiently available in Unterbach. The connection to the motorways A46, A3 and A59 is very good. Düsseldorf's city center, the airport and the exhibition grounds of Düsseldorf are all within a 20-minute drive. Within a 35-minute drive you can get to Cologne or Kölnmesse. The connection to the public transport is also very good.

The bus stop Kikweg is less than 200 meters or a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Bus lines 735, 737 and 781 run from this stop.
The subway and subway stop Düsseldorf-Gerresheim is about 2 kilometers from the apartment and can be reached by bus 737 after 3 stops or 6 minutes. From there you can take the S-Bahn S8 to 2 stops or 6 minutes to the main station Düsseldorf.
The main station is therefore either reachable with transfer in about 20 minutes or directly (without change of trains) in about 30 minutes.
The airport Düsseldorf can be reached by S-Bahn S11 in about 10 minutes from the main station.
The Messegelände (Fair) Düsseldorf is about 15 minutes from the main train station, so that the fair can be reached by public transport in about 45 minutes.
