Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Green Trash bin in the back alley (all trash needs to be bagged) with house number (1109). Separate recyclables from regular trash and put in blue bin unbagged
Put dirty linens in the washer machine and start
Adjust house temp to 75 degrees in summer and 68 during the winter (AC is upstairs and Heat is downstairs)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
