Just right!

We had a great time in DC! The home was just right for our family of 4. Easy access, nice neighborhood, guest parking worked great! The front bedroom had a bit more “city noises” than the back bedroom, but we had a white noise machine so sleeping was no problem. The only negative was that the A/C is quite loud when sitting in the dining area. But we would definitely stay here again!

The location of this flat is in a nice neighborhood and convenient to so many locations, including the metro stop. We even walked to Nationals Park. Walk to Trader Joe's for groceries upon arrival. The place is roomy, and the two bathrooms were nice for a family. One thing to note is that the place is quite dated, with much wear and tear, and needs updates. This did not affect our stay, but the photos in the listing look nicer, including the outdoor space. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew, so the place was not clean upon arrival, but the management company addressed the issue and compensated us for the inconvenience. This was appreciated. Overall, if the place is updated and receives a deep clean, we would stay again.

Great location for us. Close to Eastern Market station, Library of Congress and the Capitol. We really enjoyed the house too. We'd stay here again!
