Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a nice 1 mile hike along the river very close to the unit. The 2 story townhouse was very spacious and well-stocked. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Helen despite the heat.

Deck was in need of a good washing. Smoke detector at top of stairs was missing. Other than these things, very enjoyable

Dear Roch, Thank you for your feedback. Our deck has been pressure washed and repainted for a fresh appearance. New smoke detector has been placed back. Seems like the previous guest had removed it without bringing it to our attention. We hope you will consider staying at our home again!

Overall the property was great. The only issue is that the leg of the futon was broken upon arrival so we had to rearrange where everyone was sleeping. Messaged the host with no response but not a deal breaker! The property did have any and everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Dear Kacee, Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced the futon with a day-bed, and rill-under trundle bed. Its pictures have been updated on the online property listing. Seems like the leg of the futon broke by one of the previous guests. We hope you will consider staying at our home again during your next Helen stay!

This was a lovely property that was close to town while still being secluded enough to enjoy the sounds of nature. The home was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked for our stay (we did have to purchase paper towels but, otherwise, had everything we needed including travel size toiletries). Not only would I stay here again, I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Helen and surrounding areas.

Amy was a warm and gracious host. She answered all questions quickly. The condo was well appointed, warm and cozy. It was very clean and comfortable. Amy left specific notes so there was little confusion as to how and what needed to be done. We loved the little sayings about family and love that were scattered throughout the rooms. We felt right at home! We had a wonderful stay in Helen. We would rent this condo again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
