Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All garbage must be bagged and put in the bins outside. Garbage is picked up on Monday Morning.

Please turn up the air conditioning to 75 degrees

Be sure to put the keys back in the lockbox and give the dial a little spin to hide the code and pull up the privacy shield.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No grilling on the deck, no grills allowed.

All garbage must absolutely be bagged and put in the trash cans outside. When you leave, you should take all garbage out of the house.

The deck is a shared deck, so please be courteous of other tenants and dispose of cigarettes correctly. Do not throw cigarettes over the balcony.
