Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, which made our trip so convenient and relaxing. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a beach getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

Unbeatable location with proximity to Seaside and just steps to the beach. Highly recommend. Especially if you have small children. Very prompt responses with any issues or questions.

What an amazing stay. The house is fantastic and location couldn’t be better. Just a few steps from a great hidden beach entrance, and a quick 10 minute walk to all of the shops / downtown Seaside. House is fully equipped with beautiful appliances and everything you could need.

This place was so peaceful and perfectly located for my stay with my family! It was a quick walk to all of your wants and needs. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the very peaceful pool area! The host was super super responsive and helped us disengage the alarm (which was funny). The power even glitched out on us after coming back from a long day at crab island, I immediately messaged the host and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be making another trip in the future!!!

The house was in a great location. The oven never worked. The dryer was torn up and never worked. Towels and clothes could not be washed. The refrigerator needed a replacement filter changed and it was it changed. The screened porch was filthy. We asked for towels and wash cloths because the dryer was not working and we did not receive the towels and wash cloths until the late evening of our last day. The light in the pool was not working and was not fixed. We had evening storms and the pool deck needed cleaning and it was not cleaned. We asked for a broom to clean the pool deck but never received it. We were told they would come blow the pool deck off and they did not after a storm. We encountered a few major problems that were never resolved.

Location location location! Walking steps to beach access and shopping. Lots of room, each floor has its own living area. It’s very nice for multiple families. All rooms have a King bed and fairly comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen. Home seems a little more run down than expected and the pool was small and dirty. We had a few issues such as the oven and microwave wasn’t working but management was quick to resolve it. The pool alarm to the back doors constantly went off. As I appreciate the safety factor, in our 9 years of coming down, we’ve never experienced this issue or requirement. Most homes have alarms but you didn’t have to push a button each time the back doors open. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.
