Beautiful room, friendly staff and people. A few stains on some of the pillows and blankets but all around cleanliness was good. I would 100% recommend for people to go with this stay.

A few things stood out. A lot of 2 bedroom condos in areas like this have one bathroom. This had 2 well equipped with showers and the ensuite a double sink. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. We didn't hit the pool or gym. The location cannot be beat it is in a great area. You can walk to many nice little places close by. You can walk to Ybor or Benchmark arena and all that is in and around either. Would most certainly go back again and recommend. Tampa at that time was in a higher price all over I expect due to Spring Break and a lot going on yet it was way better to stay there with a friend than 2 hotel rooms not just for price but the full host of amenities. Response time was also both reassuring and welcomed.

I never received check-in information and had to reach out before my 6 am flight day of check-in. It would have been extremely helpful to have been told about the Latch App and to download it the day before travel. The kitchen was dirty when I arrived, and the sight of a bag of garbage outside the door didn't make a great first impression. The silverware is carelessly thrown into the back of a drawer. There are no dish towels, just one wine glass, and no recycling or conditioner for washing hair. The space feels half done, with no art on the walls or furniture in the rooms, except for a bed and side tables.
