Great apartment in a great location. Close to UT and Hyde Park. Could walk everywhere. Nina was awesome communicating everything about the place and responding to any questions. It was a perfect week!

Could have not asked for a better experience! Nine was awesome to work with and graciously granted us a late checkout time so our daughter and her family could have a little extra time together. The apartment is so welcoming and warm and cozy! Loved the coffee bar and sitting together on the deck outside, sipping coffee in am and wine in PM! Will definitely return — thanks so much, Nina! We had a wonderful stay at Sunlit Sanctuary while attending a conference nearby. The location was perfect — an easy walking distance to the convention center, which made the trip so much more convenient. The area was also very quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after long conference days.Nina was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her check-in and logistics instructions were honestly the most thorough and useful I’ve ever received from any host. Everything was clearly explained and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re attending an event nearby.
