La Prometida - House Marea
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in the beautiful Playa Negra neighborhood, two blocks from the Caribbean Sea. La Prometida House Marea consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning and secure private parking. This cottage is part of La Prometida Hotel allowing you take full advantage of all the services offered such as breakfast, daily house keeping, bar service and the common areas including the pool.
Bright and airy stand alone 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. It has a full kitchen, eating and seating areas. It also has a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee. The property has many tropical flowers and is surrounded by trees that attract all kinds of wild life.
We are a 20 minute walk to the center of town. By car, it’s about a 5 minute drive or by bike a 15 minute ride. We have many miles of beautiful beach to enjoy. The property is visited often by toucans, sloths, iguanas and many other tropical animals. Adults only.
