COFFEE: We provide a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a French Press, and a coffee bean grinder. Coffee is such a personal choice—plan to bring your favorite Keurig K cups or ground & whole coffee beans!

BEDROOMS:
MASTER BEDROOM—comfortable Coastal style KING BED ceiling fan, large flat-screen SmartTV with FREE CABLE! Netflix, Hulu, etc (just bring your account passwords)! All new coastal furnishings, and built-in USB ports. Store your clothes in the large walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOM—comfy Coastal style QUEEN BED, large closet, ceiling fan, USB ports, and large flat-screen SmartTV with FREE CABLE! Netflix, Hulu, etc (just bring your account passwords)!

PULL-OUT QUEEN SLEEPER in living room sectional is equipped with a top-of-the-line 5” memory foam mattress and privacy window shades.

BABY PACK & PLAY & HIGH CHAIR can be provided as a courtesy—-please request now & agree to clean & put back in the guest closet after use. Bring your little one's favorite sheets, Blankie, pillow, etc.

Private Beach Club (has outdoor showers, restrooms, etc.) We recommend loading the car (Beach Wagon & equipment provided) and using our Beach Club Parking Pass to park right at the beach club....makes carrying all the needed beach gear a lot easier!!! :)

BEACH EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:
Beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest, pool noodles, kiddie toys, tennis rackets and balls, etc.! (6 Beach towels provided as a courtesy—just launder & put away before you leave.)

GOLF:
The villa is right on the 27 hole course & walking distance to the Golf Club! Ask about SPECIALS including golfing at other courses. Enjoy drinks & dining inside or out at the Golf Pub!!

POOL:
Giant pool (private to our neighborhood) across the street.

TENNIS:
Lighted courts next to the pool—2 rackets & balls provided!

RESTAURANTS INSIDE RESORT:
Within the resort gates: Enjoy lunch or dinner at one of many Shipyard choices, from the Brickyard Pub at the golf club to the many indoor-outdoor restaurants at the beachside Sonesta—right next to our Beach!
