Pet friendly, comfortable and centrally located-don't miss this one!

This wonderful property is just a short 10 minute walk to the Seapines Beach Club and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Enjoy a private on site pool, an on-site tennis/pickleball court and free tennis at South Beach. Wildwood Spa is a little known joy in Sea Pines, noted for its private, serene area but fantastic central location.

Our properties feature free WIFI, two free bikes for exploring the beauty of Sea Pines, and a fully stocked kitchen so you can eat in or dine out. Location is perfect. Quiet, private neighborhood park right in front. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Great place for a vacation

We had a great time visiting hilton and enjoyed this place for the most part. There were some things that seemed outdated or poorly updated but over all we really enjoyed our stay. Id recommend and stay here again.

Great location in Sea Pines

This villa is clean, well-equipped and in the heart of Sea Pines. It was an easy bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, and nature preserve - an ideal location to enjoy the best of Sea Pines. Pet-friendly and nicely furnished, we would reserve here again with no hesitation! We had no issues at all during our weeklong stay. The free bikes and welcome bottle of wine were nice touches.

Close to beach resort

Prime location that is only a couple minute drive to the Sea Pine resort and beach access. Property is spacious. Two story loft design is attractive. Kitchen is well laid out including natural lighting from overhead windows. Owners are highly responsive and well organized in providing information.

Restful vacation

Great location. We rode our bikes to Harbor town for breakfast and enjoyed the music there in the evening. Most days were spent at the beach which was a very short drive, you could bike ride if you wanted. The bed was comfortable as well as the furniture. Very thoughtful to have old sheets for the furniture for our dog just in case of rain/mud which we had none. Lots of books which we read a couple. We would stay there again.

Clean rental in a great location

We had a great stay in Sea Pines. The condo was spacious, clean, and nicely updated. Despite recent renovations, the shower area was already a little worn out, but generally, it was very clean, especially for a beach rental. The beds were comfy with seemingly new bedding. We loved having the bikes available. Getting the beach chairs and toys to the beach without a bike trailer was difficult so we ended up just renting chairs at the beach. The condo is just a short bike ride from the beach club, shops and restaurants, and Harbor Town. Couldn't have asked for a better location!

Summer kick off vacation

Property is nice. Clean. Kitchen and baths are newer and clean. Property has all the basics and proximity to beach is wonderful. The property is very dark inside. We spent as much time as possible outside because it was depressing inside. Property also had zero view, just looked into the woods with no outside space to sit. Ample seating but some of the furniture is very worn and dirty to the point you avoided sitting in it. Overall decent property but not one I would rush back to.

We loved our trip to Sea Pines

While the condo was a tad outdated, it was immaculate and very clean. Jessica responded to my emails or calls in a very timely manner. We loved that the property came with two bikes, Sea Pines was very busy, so bikes were essential. We wish the beach was a bit closer, but it is only about a 10 minute bike away. The pool and tennis courts were great. They were right across from the unit. Even though, my kids wanted to spend every moment on the beach, it was great to have pool so close. My husband loves to play tennis and was very pleased that the courts were brand new and shady. It was a bonus that the unit was pet friendly. Our pup, Archie enjoyed his stay as well!! Overall, we loved Sea Pines and was very pleased with the condo and our stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Good location, but dated

Overall we had a good experience at this VRBO. The kitchen is remodeled and the Master Bath had some resurfacing work done as well (although the fans in both bathrooms were so loud you could not think about using them when people were asleep). However, it was very dark and didn't look like a typical beach rental. The outlets were outdated, especially in the master bedroom and we were unable to plug in our chargers or other things without them falling out of the socket. Also, the sliding glass doors were poorly maintained and this provided some difficulty with the kids. We didn't use the main living area because the furniture was dark, big and bulky and we just fit better in the other "sunroom" type room. We would consider staying here again for the price and location, but I think we would have to overlook the things I just mentioned. Jessica, the manager, was easy to work with.

Nice place with a few short comings

The property and location was perfect. The unit was great except for the beds and showers. The beds were terrible and the showers not much better. I woke every day with a backache and the showers are really bathtubs with shower attachments that don't stay up and leak.

Vaca with dogs and good friends

The property was as advertised, very clean and well equipped. The owners were easy to deal with and the booking process seamless. We were even able to extend our stay. The property is slightly dated but that was not a problem and it's a great layout.

Great week at the beach

The location was great, about a half mile from the ocean. Having the bikes included is great, we used them every day. The townhouse is very roomy with multiple seating areas. The kitchen was very well stocked , but very tiny, more than one person is tight. Would like to have had a tv in the master bedroom. Having the gas grill was also a plus. We had a great week.

Nice Condo Close To Beach

The property is a good size 2br, 2ba, the kitchen is a little on the smaller side, but a large loft, living room, and extra room make up for the size of the kitchen. Plenty of space to work from home. I do wish their was a welcome book or something explaining the resort and what's around, and included the codes to the bikes, and wifi pw. I head to reach out the property owners a few times to get this information, after searching for a welcome book/binder to no avail. Quick 5 min bike ride of 10 min walk to the beach.

Cozy and easy place to stay in Hilton Head

Great location, just 5 min bike to the beach. Near the center of the sea pines-greenwood roundabout so getting around anywhere in sea pines is easy. Nice designed villa with a tropical feeling due to flora in the back and lots of windows. Furnishings and decor maybe in need of an update, but pet friendly and cozy!

Wildwood Spa

Very basic rental in sea pines. The listing was exactly as pictured. Clean and plenty of space for two plus dog. Great location- 5min bike ride or 15min walk to sea pines beach club. Also a short bike ride to harbor town.
