While the weather was less than desirable during our stay, the unit was nice and cozy. We especially enjoyed the gas logs while watching App State on the TV.

This property was clean and had many new updates. The location was central for mountain activities and near Banner Elk, NC. Our main concern was the creaky/noisiness of the three queen beds that made for a poor night's rest for all six of us.

We stayed for a trip to the mountains to hike and enjoy Labor Day weekend! It was a great house and located near so much to do!

Highland Games Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, conveniently located and the management team was very responsive. Only concern is that the loft area with twin beds is very hot and fans did little to the kids slept on the couch. The master bath could use a bench or table for toiletries.

Great location and fit our needs for a day of skiing. Heat and fireplace work great. The laundry room and working kitchen were added bonuses vs staying at the hotel (we brought our own detergent pods). Only downfall was that all of the beds were very squeeky and only one sofa bed can be used at a time (room is too small for both to be pulled out and used on the same night).

Great Location, Great Setup, Lots of room for everyone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved the stay and we all had a lot of room. Best surprise was that we found out that we can walk on to the slopes from the unit, which we were not aware of. Couches were comfy, beds were comfy.
