Escape to this brilliant newly renovated house on the historical side of The Villages in Orange Blossom. This superb property features two bedrooms, a well-equipped bathroom, a charming living room and a convenient office that doubles as the second bedroom. Guests can enjoy amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, AC, and washer/dryer. Fall in love with Lady Lake and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Kiki's Kasita is a beautifully decorated place that has all the comforts of home where you can rest, relax and enjoy everything the Villages has to offer.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all the essentials you will need to cook up delicious meals.

The dining room has a round table that seats 4 that is adjacent to the kitchen where you will enjoy your meals and morning coffee.

The living room has a large oversized cozy couch that has a double size pullout and room on the side for a full size adult. You can watch your favorite programs on a 75-inch TV with a credenza that has an electric fireplace.

The enclosed bedroom has a comfortable queen bed where you can rest after a fun day in the Villages. It also has a TV, two dressers, two nightstands and two luggage racks.

The bathroom has a full size tub with shower, towels and essentials.

The office doubles as a second bedroom with a queen size air mattress and curtain divider for privacy.

You can zip around The Villages in a four-seater gas golf cart that is in the lanai behind the laundry room. It's included in the booking price.

The Villages amenities:

PLEASE NOTE: you must have a guest pass to utilize the amenities. There is a $50 fee per stay to obtain passes for guests and must be requested 5 days minimum in advance of check in.

Golf Courses-Executive and Championship available to guests

Recreation Centers with various activities and events such as Fitness, arts and crafts and billards.

Kiki's Kasita is located near Spanish Springs Town Square where you can listen live entertainment nightly between the hours of 5pm-9pm. There are various dining and shopping options. There are 3 other squares you may travel to called Lake Sumter Market Square, Brownwood Paddock Square and Sawgrass Grove.

Golf Cart-If you used the golf cart, please fill it with gas for the next guest-Please make sure alarm is activated before checking out. Place golf cart keys on the hook on the back of the door
Dishes-Please wash all dishes or place them in the dishwasher. The pods are underneath the sink. Turn off all lights-Lock up Inform host you have checked out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect my home as if it were your own.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss of items and excessive cleaning which will result in extra charges.

We had a great stay at Kiki's Kasita. The house is nice and is completely renovated. Kitchen has been replaced and has all new appliances. We cooked several meals vs going to restaurants which saved hundreds of dollars on our trip. Golf cart is newer and reliable and allowed us to see the Villages from a golf cart perspective! House is close to all the shopping available on Rt 441 and is close to the Spanish Springs Square.Our stay was very affordable, and we would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as presented. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent very close to Spanish Springs town Square and the orange blossom country club. The communication with the host was very quick and efficient. She even answered questions I had about the golf car even though later, I noticed my questions were already written out in the book left for us.

The Villages is a great place to live, there are so many things to do here. You should never be bored here. The Villages has so many clubs, events and recreational activities it's endless. I fell in love with The Villages because the people are great, it's fun and I felt safe here.

My house is the cutest house on my street. My favorite color is Pink as you can see from the pictures. When people come to my home they all fall in love with it.
