Sleeps 3 adults with sofa bed (or 4 with children) Enjoy beautiful mountain views, 3 pools to choose from and all the essentials you need.

Located in beautiful Indian Wells gated community, close to the famous IW Tennis gardens (1 mile away) and short drive to the Polo fields (Coachella and Stage Coach). This condo has it all! Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put gathered towels in laundry area
Please make sure that gate card and pool keys are left in property before departure. There is a $75. charge for each if lost.
Please be sure to turn air to 79 degrees in the hot months upon departure, thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
