Indian Wells serenity

We had a quiet and relaxing stay. The condo has an amazing view of the mountains, close to pool and has everything you need in electronics and kitchen appliances and nice decor for you to relax. We highly recommend staying there.

Relaxation in The Treehouse

The high ceilings and many windows made for a spacious studio experience. Small kitchen and many appliances worked well for us. Carpet due for cleaning. Great setting and community. 3 pools, 2 of them well heated, would have liked a hot tub. Communication and responsiveness of owner were excellent.

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

I came for a music festival weekend, which this home was quite close too. Briant was very communicative from when I first booked the stay, to the day before, and during the stay as well. I really enjoyed the toiletries and cleaning supplies that the home was already stocked with. This home is in a gated community, so you feel safe as well. The bed was comfortable and big, the balcony was beautiful, and everything looked like the photos. Be mindful that there are quiet hours after 10pm, so I wouldn’t necessarily book this location with a large group of rambunctious friends. Additionally, it’s not a secret that the city is in the desert - there is A/C but the heat still creeps in. Overall, I would book again as it was such a comfortable stay with a very communicative host!

Ideally located between swanky El Paseo in Palm Desert as well as Old Town La Quinta. The polo fields and entertainment of the casinos are not far away. We enjoy walks, bike rides, pool time, fine dining, shopping, nearby polo matches, tennis and golf, world class entertainment. Most of all we relish the beauty and tranquility that is offered at our doorstep.

Why they chose this property

Drive through the guarded gate entry pass the private golf course to your hidden retreat. Ample parking and EV charging station. This upstairs unit with its high, exposed beam vaulted ceilings, freshly painted walls and new carpeting beckons you to practice your yoga or stretches while listening to the palm trees sway in this idyllic nook. Convenient kitchenette, refrigerator and electric grill are available for easy entertainment. Take a swim in one of the 3 nearby pools, walk or bike the beautiful grounds. Take in a game at the world class tennis gardens very close by or play at any of the many public golf courses.
