Wake up to breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean in this beautiful studio condo. Condo offers two queen beds, a kitchenette, a private balcony, an exceptional bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo is privately owned and located on the 5th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more.

Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Walking in, the space felt like a breath of fresh air. It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with lots of extra touches that made our stay even more comfortable.The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and easily one of the highlights of our trip. While the resort itself could use some updates, it was clear that staff were working on improvements daily and genuinely care about making the experience better for guests.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The host was very good with communication. The studio condo was clean, as shown in the photos. The building itself is worn and hurricane damaged still; the garage structure is closed so parking is next door in an empty lot and across the street, only 1 outdoor pool is open. Most of the deck on the ocean side is fenced off. The fitness center and indoor pool area is old. The elevators on the north side only have 2 cars working and 1 has the flooring peeling off.
