Come and enjoy this 12th floor Unit with Amazing and Spectacular Sunrises and Sunsets of the Atlantic Ocean. OUTDOOR NORTH POOL AND INDOOR POOL NOW OPEN! Fitness Room, Sauna, Spa NOW OPEN! Extra love and care have been put in to this fully furnished and updated studio, boasting COMFY two queen size beds.
Step out onto your private ocean view balcony and be prepared to be amazed, use the bar stools while enjoying a cup of coffee or drink.

This comfortable studio condo with a beach atmosphere is furnished with two new queen size beds, an Efficiency Kitchenette, bar height table/bar stools, table/desk with two chairs, 43" Samsung HDTV, cable, dishes, glassware, cookware, flatware, utensils, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric two stove top, Duo Coffee maker Keurig/Drip, Blender, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, all linens and towels.

Resort Update:
*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, South Pool Deck.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.
*WIFI - Free

It is located at the Daytona Beach Resort which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Big Tuna Restaurant, and many more restaurants. Approx. 2.5 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in instructions necessary for your stay with the room number and door code to the electronic keypad.

The room itself was pretty nice and clean, but the hotel overall could definitely use some work. The pools felt outdated, and there was no convenient way to access the beach directly from the hotel.Parking was probably the biggest issue. The parking garage was out of order, so we had to park in the lot next door, and finding an available spot was extremely difficult.Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, but the property, amenities, beach access, and parking situation could use some major improvements.

The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The resort was undergoing some repairs so only 1 outside pool open. The parking garage was closed so that made packing, especially in the evenings, challenging and inconvenient.

Thank you for the review It was during a cheerleading event in Daytona Beach and it becomes very busy. The listings explains that parking garage is closed and parking is available in front of the building or next door of the resort. Also the listing explains that the Resort is going under repairs. Yes due to it was very busy it was challenging at night for handling the luggage.

Hosts be aware from this Guest, He took all my towels, The condo was left so dirty, used all dishes and left them dirty with dry food stuck on the counter. The kitchen sink was clogged with broken glass, food and dirty dishes that it was discussing, All the Condo was left dirty. The curtains were damaged from crayon marks. Garbage was left through out the condo and in the balcony. The bar table was damaged, the other table was also found damaged. The all Condo was left not suitable with multiple stains comforters, sheets. Just not suitable and many damaged that this Guest caused. The security deposit was kept but didn't cover all damages caused by Guest. Of course his review was False Advertising. Please other Hosts be aware of this Guest.
