Nestled on a peaceful 10-acre homestead just minutes from Gainesville Airport, The Raceway, and city proper this renovated 1976 Avion La Grande Caravan offers a perfect blend of retro charm with modern touches.
Enjoy walking trails, abundant wildlife, and meet our pigs and chickens! Newest litter of piglets born 8/20/25! On homestead hatched chicks being born too. We’d love to show you around our homestead. We practice organic practices and like to see ourselves as homesteaders who use what we have to improve the land. Features include a fully stocked retro kitchen, comfy beds, ice cold mini split, on demand hot water, outdoor deck, and eco-friendly compost toilet. Down a quiet dirt road yet close to downtown, UF, breweries, and nearby springs. Perfect for a unique nature getaway with modern comforts!
