Host was extremely responsive. House was wonderful and the best stocked rental we’ve ever been seen. Pool heat was amazing!

House was big enough for our family of 6 to have our own space but also be together. Pool was great to have & 86 degrees was perfect for November weather. Neighborhood was peaceful & quiet but close enough drive to stores.

The pool was nice, warm in September so we didn’t have to pay to heat it. The house and bedrooms were very spacious. Location was nice and private. The house wasn’t very clean. There was a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter, walls, doors, baseboards and floors were dirty. Overall the place was ok.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We do our best to keep the home free of bugs, but as is common in Florida—especially near the water—palmettos can occasionally find their way indoors.- While we assure you the baseboards are not dirty, refreshing some of the interior paint on doors and baseboards is needed to keep the home looking its best.- We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the warm pool, spacious layout, and private location.Thanks for taking the time to share your experience—it helps us continue to improve for future guests!
