Enjoyed our stay at this property. Delicious breakfast delivered every morning was great. Has a 10-15 minute walk to the falls and convenient to get to the main attraction area, but note that it’s near the top of a hill, so be prepared to trek up and down and get a good workout if not taking the Wego bus. House was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of four. Families with small kiddos or elderly need to be careful with the steep stairs to the basement for the fourth bedroom and second bathroom. There is a great paved 20-30 mile bike/walking trail that runs all the way to Niagara on the Lake along the Niagara River and south of the Falls out of town if you’re looking for a good trail to run or bike ride on with great views of the water. Great communication with host. Good place to stay if you’re on a budget.

We had a great time. The Falls are truly minutes away. It was clean and comfortable. John was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast every morning was great. We had so much fun.

The house was clean and the location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the falls, bird kingdom, water park and Clifton hill. The Dailey delivered breakfast was excellent and something to look forward to. The host was responsive to the few questions we asked him.

Excellent location, easy walk to the falls. Check in process & communication with the host was superb & the daily breakfast delivery is a nice touch. It really helps out not having to purchase & cook your breakfast each morning & saves time so that you can go site seeing sooner each day. My only complaint would be there is no washer & dryer accessible & the home needs a little updating. Also, there weren’t enough wash cloths & towels. I did ask John to bring more, he did have two more wash cloths, some bath mats & hand towels brought over.
