The place was so adorable and perfect for us and our two teens. As soon as we arrived our kids found the games and we had so many laughs playing charades and Would You Rather. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the action is and then just a little further to see the falls. The place had all the amenities we needed for cooking at home and they even supplied some water bottles, creamer and a few snacks which were greatly appreciated upon our arrivalI. The place had so much personality and made us feel like we were actually staying in someone’s home. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved it !

The house was beautiful! So clean and the owners were so sweet to leave is a cheese board for us to snack on . So close to all the attractions. I would highly recommend staying. Also the beds were very comfortable! .

Perfect getaway!

We spent two nights. Your home was so comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. It really was a home away from home. Very clean and very short drive to falls. We loved all the books,too!!! And how very thoughtful to have a treat waiting our arrival in the fridge!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Cottage near Falls

Tastefully decorated cottage. Layout ideal for young people under 6ft tall. Low ceiling and stairs to washroom difficult to navigate at night. Neighbors not friendly.

Host has Great Attention to Detail!

This cozy 2-bedroom home with a very private backyard had by far the BEST host we've ever had on VRBO. Everything you could possibly have forgotten to pack - was available! It was better than a hotel stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup wipes, coffee, ESPRESSO, teas, cooking seasonings. They even had drinks in the fridge, and a fresh cheese board waiting for us! They had the best games and books available all over the house, and fresh robes and towels in the closet! Such a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

This house is cute! My family of 4 and a dog would love to stay here again.Pros: Fully furnished (towels, robes, toiletries, kitchen items, first aid kit), TV only downstairs so you can really enjoy peace when in the bedroom, fans in around the home for that "white noise". reusable bags (needed for shopping) , quiet neighborhood, close to the falls, CLEAN, comfortable beds (low to the ground), Great shower and water pressure, Cons: Steep narrow stairs, if you have a dog, there is some sections missing in the fence (keep watch for your runaway pet)

Just the cutest!

What a great little place to stay! This home is meticulously decorated with a fresh/cozy feel. It brings a feminine vibe with so many books, games and Netflix to keep you entertained. The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need plus extras like a keurig, espresso machine and condiments. Bonus stars for the hosts who left beverages, coffee creamer and a handmade charcuterie in the fridge for us when we arrived! The location of this home is central to many tourist spots along with ease to hop on the highway to go wherever you please. I spent the week here with my family and just loved everything about it! Our kids started calling it “home”. Will definitely stay here again!!
