Wonderful Condo

This is a spacious and well provisioned condo. The deck is perfect for dining outside and watching the wildlife around the lagoon. The location is an easy walk to the General Store and tennis courts and close to all the stores and restaurants along Wm Hilton Pkwy.

Lovely stay in Hilton Head

We very much enjoyed our week stay at this property. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was quite spacious. Mary was a very gracious host and communicated with us prior to and during our stay.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable home to enjoy for a getaway. Less to pack and rent with provided beach supplies and bikes. Also great scenery outside the back door. Mary was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Will book again.

Great Unit in Queens Grant

We had a great stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Owner was very responsive. Plenty of space for family of four. We enjoyed the wide windows in the living room and sipping morning coffee while Buzz the gator was on patrol :)

Great location with quick walking access to the pool and a short bike or car ride to beach parking. Morning breakfast on the spacious back deck was a daily enjoyment. Mary was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly! Will be back for sure.

Loved the Property

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a great Thanksgiving dinner, The beach was a short walk away and we also used the bicycles :) I texted Mary because we needed a 2nd parking pass, she immediatly took care of it - Great host and great property.

Home away from home

This house is in a great location to explore the island, ride or walk to the beach daily and has the relaxing beach vibe while also being well stocked for cooking, grilling and outdoor fun. Homeowner has really thought about how to take care of her guests.

Large Open Floor Plan

The property had a very large open floor plan which was great for our family! The kitchen was huge with a large pantry. The outdoor shower and the bikes were fantastic bonuses. It was a great vacation!

We loved how clean, bright and spacious this house was. The bed was very comfortable and it was so nice to have plenty of space to spread out. Mary was quick to reply with any questions we had. Easy access and parking plus being little dog friendly made this a total pleasure.

Hilton Head/ Palmetto Dunes

Had a fantastic week and our second time at this property…we have rented many vacation homes over the years, but this is the only one that we liked enough to return to a second time. The house is one of the best that we’ve rented in regard to decor, cleanliness and having everything we need, but the most compelling reason to return is the attentiveness and hospitality of the host which is A++!

Perfect beach vacation

Mary’s condo was just perfect for our vacation. It’s comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect- very easy bike ride to Shelter Cove and the beach. The bikes provided were perfect for the 3 of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! Mary was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
