Bring the whole family to come enjoy all AZ has to offer! Nestled on a cul-d-sac lot-this 3 bed 2.5 bath home exudes elegance. The gourmet kitchen has a large island w/ a breakfast bar, gas cooktop & Stainless steel appliances. The primary suite is huge w/ an ensuite bathroom: corner shower, soaking tub & dual sink vanity. Open the extended-length pocket doors leading off the great room to the backyard that is immaculate & easy to care for. Enjoy the view under the covered patio w/ no immediate neighbors behind!
Sleeping arrangements-The master is a King, Guest bedroom is a Queen and the sofa bed in the office is a daybed. It is a twin with a trundle that is a twin.
Enjoy all the community amenities- Golfing, swimming, biking/walking paths, handball, raquetball, work out facility & so much more! Close to freeways and sports venues. There is a $100 transfer fee if you want to use the amenities.
Please note, we will prepare an Arizona standard AAR lease agreement with all bookings once accepted.
