Very nice place right downtown. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. A few more kitchen items would have been nice as there is a ton of empty cabinets. A spatula could do well here. Other than the lack of kitchen items, would definitely book this again when we return to Cleveland.

The loft was just what we needed. My sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the loft. The place was clean, spacious, and accessible to downtown Cleveland activities. Checking in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive. While we did not have any major issues, he was responsive to my questions that I overlooked in the booking details. I would definitely recommend the loft for your stay.

Apparently looks and other reviews can be deceiving. Checking in to this property is needlessly convoluted you need one code to enter the building. You need another code to access a key fob and then you use that key fob to go up into where the residences are. The lobby of the apartment building is absolutely filthy with carpeting that is ripped up. After exiting the elevator onto the floor, where the apartment is located, there was garbage strewn through the hallway.Upon entering the apartment, I was expecting something very clean. It was absolutely not clean and I have multiple images to go with this statement.The apartment was obviously not cleaned prior to my arrival, even though according to the liaison for the apartment it was. There was clothing behind the door in one of the closets, stains on the floors, stains on the furniture, garbage in the couch, and in the bathrooms there was a host of dirt and filth everywhere. In one of the bathrooms, there was a vent that was so caked with dust and grime it was disgusting.I received a number of weird communications from the owners indicating that I had asked for an additional key fob, which I had not and was instructed that if I did not leave it on the coffee table in the living room, I was going to be charged 100. In essence I hope I have made clear that it is highly recommended that you avoid this listing and any of the people that are involved in it.

While this location was very good, and the host was responsive, the rest of this place was not worth the price. It felt like a very basic motel or office, as everything was worn out and cheap to begin with. They tried to do as little as possible with only 4 glasses (for a two bedroom place) one of the comforters didn’t have a cover, dirty water leaking out of the washer, and no hand towels and or dish towels. We asked for a bath mat (one bathroom didn’t have one and there was no hand towels) and hand towels and were told sorry they were all out. The layout was strange with interior bedrooms with windows into the living room- The fan was out in the bathroom so the steam doesnt have anywhere to go. Pictures are very deceiving on the site - we would not stay here again.
