Why they chose this property

This area my favorite areas on the coast. I love being on the bayside, It has all the benefits of lake living that houses on the beach just can't provide. There are so many other cool and unique areas on the bay that when people think of a beach town, they just overlook or they just don't know. This property has all that, plus only minutes from the beautiful white beaches.

What makes this property unique

This property is truly one of a kind. It is nearly impossible to find this type of property on the water. 5 bungalows with something for everyone, with the ability to host large groups as well, Plus the ability to rent the whole property and have parties and events there. Not to mention, a boaters dream with our own boat dock where you can actually dock your boat and walk 20 feet to your bungalow. Don't get me started on the amenities! A resort style pool with plenty of room for everyone. A putting green that can also be used for yoga, workouts, and so many other things. The bayou is perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. Just bring your boats and jet skis for a relaxing ride to the bay where it's an easy ride to crab island or north beach! There are so many amenities and options that make this property so unique!
