We love Black Butter Resort. Big home, great for a group. We loved the hot tub and family space. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was quickly fixed. One of the bedrooms is a bit set aside and through a laundry room which was a bit hard to sleep children in, but overall a great space for a big group.

Hi Audrey, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again on the ranch. While ideally dishwasher issues would not come up, its great it was resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. Black Butte Ranch Reservations

Great place for the family. Communication on how to access the hot tub could be a little clearer. Also better communication on how to request additional supplies for the home would be helpful. Also know that the garage and area above is not available to renters.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for the feedback! We're thrilled your family had a great time. You've raised some really helpful points—we'll definitely clarify our hot tub access instructions and add better information about requesting supplies in our welcome materials. We also appreciate you noting the garage restrictions; we'll make sure that's even more prominent for future guests. We'd love to welcome you back soon. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything for your next visit!
