The Space:

NOTE: This property does not have central A/C, which is common in Steamboat Springs. Fans are provided throughout the home, windows can be opened for mountain air, and a portable A/C unit is available to cool one room.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay.



Full Access Includes: All interior spaces, the private hot tub, the fenced yard, the covered patio, and the private driveway.

Entry: Seamless and secure self check-in with a keyless entry system. A unique code will be provided before your arrival.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for up to four vehicles in the private driveway.

Restricted Areas: Please note there is no guest access to the garage.

-Old Town Hot Springs is about a 12-minute walk — soak in the natural mineral pools or hit the full-service gym.

-Howelsen Hill is just around the corner — home to year-round hiking and biking trails, historic ski jumps, and the Steamboat Pro Rodeo, held Friday and Saturday nights during summer.

Free Ski Shuttle:

Red Line (7-minute walk): Picks up at 5th & Lincoln — direct service to the ski mountain.

Yellow Line (on-call): Call for pickup at 5th & Oak — great for flexible trips around Old Town.



Walking/Riding Bikes:

Most of downtown, restaurants, shops, trails, and parks are a short walk or bike ride away.



Rideshare & Taxi:

Lyft and local taxis are available but may be limited — we recommend planning ahead.



Driving:

Free driveway parking is available.

Most attractions and ski areas are just a 5–10 minute drive.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

No Air Conditioning: Like many homes in Steamboat, we do not have central A/C. The mountain climate is typically mild, and we provide fans and a portable A/C unit to ensure your comfort during warmer months.

Parking: Parking is strictly limited to a maximum of four (4) vehicles in the private driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
