This house was PERFECT for our graduation weekend! My son graduated college on Saturday and this was the perfect location for us to come together and spend quality time as we all live in different states. The house and location was beautiful and the host was very accommodating. I onow that wewill be back.

The host was only too happy to witness such a joyful gathering of a loving family.
When you like your guests enough to offer additional nights at no charge you can be sure you appreciate them. I was pleased that Melissa’s family was able to take advantage of at least one night. Hope to see them all again.
You couldn't ask for a better host or more magnificent setting. We were greeted with a glorious view, spacious and well-appointed home, great selction of pots and pans for cooking, plenty of parking, easy access and walkable to town. This is a perfect home to enjoy the outdoors, the scenery, family/friends. We will be back !!

I have had a lot of very nice guests so I do not want anyone to feel slighted, but Trish and family set a new high standard for every category. They were understanding and so grateful for everything and easy to please I offered them additional nights for free.
Wonderful, friendly host! Clean fully appointed house in a great area with water views

Fiona and her family are great examples of why I enjoy meeting my guests in person.
Having three children and a small dog, I think my house was a better choice for them than a few hotel rooms. They made the most of it, which pleased me the most, while being very respectful of the property.
The property was above and beyond our expectations! The host was amazing and very responsive to any and all of our questions. If we are ever back in this area, we will definite book another stay at this property.

Some people have a way of getting into your heart. I was honored to host Carol and her wonderful family members.
James is a terrific host and his home is very comfy. Great views of the salt marsh from bright airy open plan living, dining, kitchen. Plenty of parking. The location just off the causeway is perfect for getting to the entire north shore.
Its a beautiful house. Very spacious. James was very hospitable. Easy to get in touch with. You will love it. The view was breathtaking. The bedrooms Loved the whole place.

Melissa and her family made it a joy to accommodate them. I enjoyed them enough to offer them additional nights for free but they had to return to their jobs.

The host was welcoming. A bit too much. The WiFi password was wrong. There was no heat til I let him know 24 hours later. The tv did not work. My daughter carried a big one from the basement and it did work. We felt as if we were under surveillance. The camera at the door was a bit too much for us

I do not know how a host can be “too welcoming”. Read all other reviews.
I go out of my way to greet guests to answer any questions and assure them I am available night and day for emergencies. This guest waited 12 hours to tell me the emergency boiler switch in the hall near the bedrooms was shut off. I know it wasn’t when I left the house, but I apologized, flipped it to “on” and went my way.
The TV works for everyone else. She called me about the wi-fi password and was told she needed to input one more digit. Once she entered the whole password the problem was solved.
There is one camera on the property. It is a ring doorbell. I point this out to everyone.
I gave her a great review but noted the poor communication. Perhaps this set her off. The ring caught her and her guests saying how beautiful the place was. I doubt the others would say what she did.
