A 3-minute ride to Ipswich River and kayaking, walks at Bradley Palmer State Park with Willowdale wedding place or Appleton Farms hikes or snowshoeing in the winter.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The main entry code to the left ( up the stairs) has an electronic keypad. Before you press the code. Please press two digits that show up on the screen. Please lock the door when you leave.
Please look inside all cabinets to locate extra towels and sheets. The washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom at the first floor. If you use bleach, please make sure you rinse the washer.
Please do not turn the AC off. Trash is outside to your right and it consists of two parts: recycling and landfill. Please empty the coffee grinds from the coffee machine every time you use it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stayed during a wedding at crane estate. Location was great as we enjoyed the center of town just down the street and crane estate was just 15 min away. House was roomy and comfortable for 5 adults.

Nice place to stay

Very nice home. Has been remodeled and is very comfortable. AC is very effective. Check in is easy, but the entry combo is different than on the check in instructions on the website. Wifi is great.

Nice clean space in a quiet area

A perfect place to stay with family and/or friends. It’s well kept and the house is just wonderful. We communicated well with the property manager. This spot has all the amenities you need for a great vacation.

Great house in Ipswich

My family was looking for a spontaneous getaway and were so happy to have found this house! It’s clean, comfortable, with all the neccessities. It’s nicely decorated and has a beautiful kitchen! It’s a 10 minute drive to crane beach which was so beautiful!

House has been completely remodeled and it was very well done. Traffic noise was a little intrusive at times, but I seemed to be the only one in my party that had trouble getting accustomed to it. The host was super responsive to our needs and we appreciated that very much. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it a lot.

October getaway

House was as advertised. Had nice nights by the fire pit. Overall was pleased with our stay. The house does have a lot of traffic noise outside as it’s on the corner of 2 busy roads. But it wasn’t too distracting for us as we are used to being in and around busy areas.

Just Perfect

The drive to the house was gorgeous, like driving through an old east coast village. It was close to Salem, which was why we were in town, and it accommodated a large group just fine. The bed was a little stiff, but that's probably a personal preference thing.

Where do I start! This property is exactly as pictured. Very pretty and very clean. We had six women, and the three bedrooms were perfect. Two of us were in each room.Two were in each one

Great Family Time!

All topics were given 5 stars, except the online descriptions of bedrooms each start with "2" and the size bed, but in reality there is one bed that sleeps 2. The photographs are accurate and I believe the host will be removing the extra "2" to read 1 twin 1 Murphy bed, Masterbed room 1 Queen, Living sofa sleeps 2, not 4, and First Floor Bedroom is 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Murphy. We hope this clarifies the sleep accommodations and enjoy your stay! We did 😎

We had been married for 17 years. We have three kids. Fourshe is our second home in Ipswich and we enjoy renting it to other families.
The house is comfortable and completely renovated two years ago.

Why they chose this property

Ipswich is very friendly and it welcoming. It is one of the oldest towns on the North Shore.
It was heavily populated by Polish people in the past.
