Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect balance of Gloucester authenticity and modern amenities with stunning views and so much natural light which was so welcome in our December stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Glouster. It was the first time we stayed in a downtown and it was great. The view was wonderful. We had cocktails on the deck every night. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The house was very nice and clean. Great open floor plan. And the owner responded quickly to any of our concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was great. It had everything we needed and very clean. The weather was pretty good for October as well which allowed us to spend some time out on the deck overlooking the water. Very picturesque. Parking got crowded at night as people visiting the bar/restaurant next door filled spots up. We were usually parked by 8 PM so didn't have any issues. The town of Gloucester was wonderful with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. We spent several days visiting Salem which was fantastic and only about a 20-minute drive from the house. We would definitely like to return and stay in the house again while visiting the area.

Host was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. House was exactly as it appears online, beautiful, clean with great views of the harbor. House is within walking distance to a wine bar, art studios and fantastic restaurant where we had a fantastic meal. If we are ever in Gloucester again, we would gladly stay here. If you're planning a trip to Gloucester, I definitely would recommend you stay at Smith Cove...you won't be disappointed.
