Daytona Beach Shores is further South from the hustle and bustle of the Tourist District. The neighborhood is in a safe area. There are lessons available for surfing and paddleboarding within walking distance. Great restaurants can be enjoyed on the river or the ocean. Fun souvenir shops and grocery shopping are conveniently located as well.

What makes this property unique

The Ceiling to Floor windows capture the beautiful ocean views. From the parking garage, you can take elevators and enter your unit without getting wet. New sand has been packed in front of the sea wall of the building and fresh dunes are planted.
