Loved staying here while we were back in town. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but less than 10min to downtown. So easy to check in and out and had everything we needed!!

The VRBO was perfect for myself and 3 friends for little 5 weekend. Close enough to campus you can catch a Lyft for less than 10 but far enough to avoid the party and loud music. The house was clean and had exactly as shown in the pics. Would definitely stay again.

Best of Bloomington

This cozy house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from the fun of Indiana university. Booked this for weekend to spend with friends and our daughters. Such a great place. It was super clean and well decorated. The ping pong table was a huge hit. But what I loved most was the excellent communication with the host. So quick to respond to my questions and Very accommodating. Just a great experience!

Hoosier Weekend

The house was an excellent fit for our group. Location is great, near campus and athletic facilities (Assembly Hall). Very clean, the pictures online were a very accurate depiction of the house. The property owner was very communicative, answered all our questions promptly. I would stay there again.

Perfect for our group

This house was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Bloomington. It was exceptionally clean and decorated tastefully. We had a bit of trouble getting into the house and connecting to Wifi, but the host was on it immediately and took care of it. Excellent help and availability to make sure all went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Thanksgiving in Martinsville

Great house with plenty of room. Only three adults and one 14 year old. Plenty of sleeping room. We didnt even use one of the bedrooms. Short drive to Martinsville to visit family for vacation. Only a couple things missing in the kitchen. A spatchula, cookie sheet and a couple dishwashing pods. Still five star for sure. Nice neighborhood and close to everything in Bloomington. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Would stay again!

Recital Retreat

We traveled to Bloomington to attend our daughter's Junior recital with the Jacobs School of Music. Family joined us from Chicago & Tennessee. A vacation rental was an ideal solution for everyone to share in the weekend together. Reze was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property was perfect for our needs and as described in the listing. (Owner - Please check the listing for accuracy on toilet room counts. We were not inconvenienced and could tell from the listing photos, but counts in the header were not correct). The house was immaculate, perfectly appointed, well designed, comfortable. The ranch layout was perfect for our group of elders with mobility issues. The bathroom/powder rooms were positioned perfectly. One at each end of the home for privacy when needed. The front door has a smart lock which made getting in and out very easy. We visited in the Spring when everything was in bloom. The back yard, views from the home allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Window shades were adequate for keeping rooms darkened for sleep. The neighborhood was residential, quiet and perfectly located for us - far enough from hustle and bustle, but a short drive to campus. Located very near Kroger, which made stopping for supplies incredibly easy. This is a wonderful property and we hope to stay again. Opportunities: Add end tables in family room, and anti-slip rug pads on area rugs. Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean and spacious home

The home is on a quiet residential street, and has a large, well-maintained back yard. The host thoughtfully provided Starbucks ground coffee and creamers/sugars. The fourth bedroom isn't shown in the pictures, but it's on the main level and has a twin bed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and close enough to IU to be convenient, while being away from traffic and noise.
