This spacious private home includes 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds) The home is located on the water and accessible to the commercial area of Lake Oconee via boat or car. The commercial area is only 20 minutes by car, and includes access to grocery stores, workout facilities, a public golf course, and many local restaurants. Guests may rent boats and keep at the home overnight. Great area for swimming and fishing!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

There is no trash service provided on our private road, so we ask guests to double bag their trash and take it with them. Local wildlife enjoy breaking into your trash bags at night!
