Camron was an excellent responsive host. The room is nicely updated and had everything we needed. The enclosed patio area made it great for dogs to go outside and do their business safely. Very nice place!

About the host

Hosted by Camron Brown

Host profile image
Hi, I’m Camron — a Tucson native with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world and an honors graduate of the Arizona Culinary Institute.

My partner and I have hosted and managed hundreds of stays together, focusing on creating clean, comfortable, and reliable spaces for our guests.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors — all of which inspire the calm, well-maintained environment we aim to provide.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood in Tucson for its quiet, central location and convenience. It offers easy access to both Tucson Medical Center and the University of Arizona, while still feeling calm and residential — a combination that’s been ideal for both living and hosting.

What makes this property unique

What sets this space apart is its private, ground-level setup with a gated patio entrance, offering guests a sense of independence and ease from the moment they arrive.

Inside, the studio is designed to feel spacious, simple, and peaceful, with a comfortable king-size bed and blackout curtains to support true rest—whether you’re staying for a few nights or longer.

The location adds to the experience, with walkable access to grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and everyday essentials, plus easy, spacious parking just steps from the private entry—making arrivals and longer stays especially convenient.

While the home is centrally located near major medical centers (so occasional city sounds like distant sirens can be heard), the space itself is best suited for guests who appreciate a quiet, low-key environment. There may be light, occasional movement noise from the main home above, but overall the studio is set up to feel calm and unobtrusive.

This space was intentionally created for guests who value cleanliness, simplicity, and a comfortable place to unwind—whether traveling for work or enjoying an extended stay in Tucson.
