Bright Arizona Sun Room in Midtown Tucson. Around the corner from UMC Banner Hospital & Univ of AZ. Studio features lots of windows, a queen bed, sitting area with double lazy boy leather sofa, full kitchen with toaster, apt size frig & stove, microwave, blender etc. The sunroom has a large bath, walk in shower - with some shampoo and conditioner and gel wash. The space has some peek a boo views of mountains. Decorated in bright colors, special touches of big fluffy towels, essential kitchen supplies & toiletries. There is a semi-private patio area with table and chairs, fire pit, grill and chiminea outside the windows. There is also a sitting area outside the bathroom door that is a shared area. We offer backyard parking for one vehicle & Street parking also available. Key box located on the patio with a code for flexible check in. There is a free laundry area to use (somewhat older units but they work well). NOTE: this is a Sun Room. The space has lots of windows and the curtains do no block out all light, if you need to sleep in and prefer darker space then you may want to note this.
