Five bedrooms with portable A/C, 3 full baths, large kitchen, and two living areas with one sleeper sofa. Perfect for families and groups looking for comfort, consistency, and ocean proximity.

Every home at Nakoa offers the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the same sleeping capacity, and comparable modern kitchens and appliances, ensuring consistency while still giving each home its own personality. Just steps from the ocean, Nakoa Estates is ideal for families and groups seeking both space and comfort.

Notes:
* Located on the windward (east) shore of O‘ahu, just a short walk from the beach. Please note that the location pin shown online is approximate and not exact.

* For those traveling with young children, keep in mind the yard is not fenced and the ocean is nearby.

* Like many island residences near the ocean, the property is within earshot of traffic noise, especially if windows are open.

* We take pride in keeping the house clean and have regular pest control. That said, Hawaii’s tropical environment means you may occasionally see ants, geckos, cockroaches, or other small critters. Wild chickens and roosters also roam freely and may wander into the yard. Their early morning calls are part of the local character.

* Please note: a 3% payment processing fee (per transaction) is non-refundable and only applies when the host is the payment processor.

The home is fully stocked with everyrhing you would need for a family stay. Plenty of cookware, and numerous kitchen appliances etc. A/C in all the rooms. Beach supplies including plenty of towels.

Great location with a short stroll to the beach. Sandier parts are not far off. Our family enjoyed the convenience of being able to play in the water right at the house. My son found the perfect swim spot for our grandbaby toddlers to enjoy protection from waves. All in all it is a peaceful location that we loved.

House was in a great location and very relaxing. Lots of space for our family of 10 to sleep and rest. The balcony has breathtaking views as well as the front of the house. Close to the beach- can see and hear the ocean. Quick walk to the beach! Very clean and well stocked for all your vacation essentials. Beds were comfortable. Towels and mats for the beach were great!

Amazing location right by the beach! The AC units are a bit loud but overall a wonderful place. The caretaker very responsive and friendly. We liked the style and decor of our unit. It is an ideal setup for families with kids who can navigate bunk bed ladders. Our kids had a blast and keep asking when we will come back.

safe swim spots for kids

We were 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Our stay was so amazing my kids were asking if we could live in the house forever. The caretaker made us feel welcome and right at home. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The beach is beautiful and the water generally felt calm enough to be safe for our 5 year olds to play in the waves. Turtles came to nap right on the beach. It was magical!

Superb location!

We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this house is on our favorites list! With 10 people we had plenty of room. The AC was a blessing because September is surprisingly hot in Hawaii. The true highlight was being so close to the beach and easy access to local grocery stores. The poke at the Tamura's tasted fresh! We went there 3 times during our stay. Many thanks to our communicative host who made the entire trip go smoothly start to finish.

Awesome place to stay in Paradise

The place we stayed at is as close to paradise as you can get. Everything in the house is designed and setup to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The Main bedroom is very comfortable and has everything you can ask for. The combined living room, dining room and kitchen, give you an open plan area where everyone can spend during hours that you are in the house. Outside terrace is big and has great view of the ocean and beautiful park in front of it. You will enjoy it.

Might as well call this beachfront estate because it only took us like a minute to walk to the beach. Kokololio Beach Park was also a walkable distance and WOW it has a soft sandy shore that seems to go on forever! Seems like a local secret because we did not see a lot of tourists there. The house feels like a newer build or recent remodel. High ceilings ✔️ modern finishes ✔️, air conditioning ✔️. We were very pleased with the house for the price point. It was spacious enough for our group to spread out or gather together as desired. If we come back to Oahu, we will book again without hesitation.
